2025 Work Recap

A year of growth✨
Starting 2026 fully focused on Marketing and Communications!!!
But what about last year ???
The last year started with my first opportunity working at George Brown Polytechnic, where I began building experience in events, teamwork, and campus engagement as congress assitant.
From there, I joined the Student Association, George Brown College, expanding my role into student support, event promotion, and social media, which helped me understand how communication and marketing connect people and communities.
Through this journey, I was recommended to also work with Bounce, where I further developed my skills in student engagement, visual storytelling and a viral video!
Grateful for the trust, the learning, and the growth!

I’m incredibly grateful and honored to be featured on the George Brown Polytechnic website! Jun 2025
This recognition means so much to me, especially as a international student that is always trying to learn in college, not only in class but with my amazing friends and employees, I can see that I’m in the correct path. My journey at GBC has been full of growth, learning, and meaningful connections from volunteering and leading as VP of the Supply Chain Club to participating in the unforgettable 2025 FHSS Congress as a Volunteer Lead Assistant an experienced that definitely opened doors for me!
Thank you to everyone at GBC who’s supported me along the way. I’m so proud to be part of this amazing community!
Thank you especially to Davor Mamuzic for all the guidance and encouragement!
If I could leave a message, would be: Embrace everything that George Brown Polytechnic offers! They are an amazing college! And you will grow a lot if you are involved with them!
Brazil- From Architecture to Marketing: The Power of Human-Centered Design

My academic background in Architecture and Urbanism allowed me to explore how design, nature, and human experience connect. One of my research projects examined the relationship between Van Gogh’s artistic expression, Roberto Burle Marx’s landscape design, and the concept of Biophilia, focusing on how natural environments can improve well-being and sustainability in urban spaces.
This research was later invited for publication in the UNIESP University Journal, highlighting its contribution to discussions about sustainable and human centered design.
The concept of biophilia suggests that humans have a natural connection with nature. Designers like Burle Marx demonstrated how integrating greenery, water, and organic forms into cities can create spaces that support both environmental balance and social interaction.
Today, working in marketing, strategy, and public relations, I apply many of the same principles. Just as architecture designs spaces for people, marketing designs experiences for audiences.
Both fields require understanding human behavior, creating emotional connections, and communicating meaningful values.
My journey from architecture to marketing continues to influence how I approach strategy, storytelling, and brand experiences always with people at the center.
